How
can two men from so different find a middle ground? A fireman who must face his
true feelings and an artist who will give up on love. These two men seem to be
worlds apart yet so drawn to each other.
Rod has had his eye on Hunter for some time now but when his good friend
and Hunter begin a relationship Rod steps back and helps his friend shine.
Hunter thinks he is with the man who he should be, so he does not understand
the pull he has to Rod. Soon fate comes calling and the two men are thrown
together but Hunter still denies his true feelings and Rod must make a hard
choice and decide to move on or pine for something he cannot have. Love cannot
not be ignored but can these two men find their way to it?
This
is a beautiful romance that pulls you in right from the start. It is full of
angst and emotions that will pull at your heartstrings. Hunter is a strong man
that fights his true feelings and always acts the way he thinks he should not
the way he wants. When he meets Rod his life is turned upside down and he does
not know where to go or what to do. Rod is out and proud and tries to help
Hunter find his way, but his help is not always enough. I enjoyed watching
Hunter figure out what he truly wants in life. Hunter and Rod have a chemistry
that cannot be denied, and it was nice to see them fight for their love. Each
man is strong on his own but together they are unbreakable. As hot as their
relationship is we get to see the trust and love that grows between the two
making this a wonderful read.
