A
recent family development and inheritance has Max searching for a new mattress.
At the end of an exhausting and disappointing shopping trip Max and his good
friend Alexa stop for dinner and find help in the last place they would have
thought to seek it. Which brings them to Bliss; the owner of the club Carpe
Noctem. When Max visits Bliss he finds
so much more than a mattress but can he have it all? A mate and a mattress
while still keeping his best friend or will Max end up having to choose between
the two women?
This is a short and fun read with great characters full of emotions. Max is now
the Pixie prince and with it comes the wings that make it impossible to sleep
comfortably. When he finds the right mattress he also finds the one woman for
him. I loved seeing Max and Bliss find their way. Their story may be short but
it is full of depth and romance. As we watch Bliss and Max’s relationship take shape
secrets are revealed. Everybody has a secret even their favorite waiter who set
this all-in motion. Each of the characters in this book has a great personality
and has something to say. The banter between them is great. I was quickly
immersed into their story and was engaged all the way to the end.
The way to love may not be the way you expected to go but when you end up at the place that you long to be it is all worth it. Max and Bliss certainly find this out in their adventure to love. The Pixie Prince is an engaging read and I cannot wait to return to this world and see what awaits Alexa.
